we met the same error after upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3(same config, the 3.2 is ok) ``` 2023/05/10 04:16:12 [error] 584#584: *263473 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading upstream, client: unix:, server: , request: "POST /v3/watch HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://x.x.x.x:2379/v3/watch";, host: "127.0.0.1" ``` and in the same container, use curl to test the `/v3/watch`, no timed out error -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
