   ### Current Behavior
   
   memory usage get high after running a period from monitoring dashboard

   ### Error Logs
   
   memory usage of pod is 3g,I use smem to check which PID using this, I find 
four wokers and one priviledge use 500M every one

   then I use memleak find this

   restart apisix pod and check memory usage after a period
   
   ### Environment
   
   - APISIX version (run `apisix version`): 3.3.0
   - Operating system (run `uname -a`): centos
   - OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`): 
   - etcd version, if relevant (run `curl 
http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`): tke 3.5.4
   - APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
   - Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
   - LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):
