Are there any up to date instructions with the latest chart? I'm not sure
how to make cert-manager and acme play nice with the gateway. As far as I can
tell, the gateway itself is exposed as a LoadBalancer, not the ingress
controller, so I'm a little lost compared to my usual workflow.
For say nginx or traefik, I'm used to creating a ClusterIssuer like so:

apiVersion: cert-manager.io/v1
kind: ClusterIssuer
metadata:
name: letsencrypt-issuer-apisix
spec:
acme:
server: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory
privateKeySecretRef:
name: letsencrypt-key
solvers:
- http01:
ingress:
class: nginx
```
And then use annotations to automatically configure ingresses.
How does that translate to apisix? The documentation isn't very clear to me.
