I have a similar setup with two nginx nodes configured on an upstream with active health check, using the default round robin LB option. Brought one down and added it back. I see the health check indicator becomes `healthy` again, and that when I generate 10 consecutive requests, requests are distributed to the two nodes in the round robin fashion.
