### Description I have 2 upstream servers for which I am trying like to setup a health check using https protocol. I get the below error SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert bad certificate How to configure the certificates for upstream health check? ### Environment - APISIX version (run `apisix version`): 3.4.1 - Operating system (run `uname -a`): MacOS - OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`): 1.21.4.1 - etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`): 3.5.0 - APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant: 3.4.1 - Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners: - LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`): 3.9.2 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
