### Description related: #4960 #10457 now the apisix balancer works likes nginx default config: `proxy_next_upstream error timeout;`. add proxy_next_upstream directive in apisix config may allow some custom retries behavior. but the question is this directive may take effect in all routes object. any idea? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
