   ### Description

The version of apisix I currently use is 2.x, and I have added a lot of
other features to it, so I can't upgrade the version of apisix directly.

When I use the current version of
[lua-resty-healthcheck](https://github.com/api7/lua-resty-healthcheck), the
node health status is often misjudged. The current version of
[lua-resty-healthcheck](https://github.com/api7/lua-resty-healthcheck) is
2.2.0, can I directly upgrade to 3.2.0?

Are there any incompatibilities or issues I need to be aware of?

   Thank you

   ### Environment

   - APISIX version (run `apisix version`):
   - Operating system (run `uname -a`):
