### Description Hi. I'm trying to setup traffic split plugin to help us gradually release new versions of APIs that are currently hitting our legacy services. Our current apisix setup uses apisix services for each backend service which bundles the upstream with a few plugins for authentication and other necessities. But with traffic split I can only route traffic to a upstream and not a service. I wanted to ask if there is currently a way to do this and if not how should the external plugin be setup to be ran before routing so the request can hit a different service that what it was originally routed for. ### Environment - APISIX 3.11 - Standalone deployment -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
