I've scanned one of my setup lately and nmap is reporting use of unsecure

Is there any specific reason that ApiSix has to use 3DES? Can this be
removed?
I have prepared a PR covering this and also adding easy way to configure
list of supported ciphers by ApiSix
https://github.com/apache/apisix-helm-chart/pull/834 - maybe this could be
merged?
