   The above permission issue got resolved. By adding the following in 
`config.yaml`
   
   ```
   nginx_config:
     user: root root
   ```
   
   Now the mcp tools are discovered in my Github copilot agent on vscode. 
   
   There is room for improvement for documentation or blog post. Nowhere its 
mentioned we have to add `/sse` at the end of the routes.
