When I tried to update upstream configurations such as healthy/unhealthy.interval in a normal proactive check environment, I found that after multiple updates, no matter how my client requests it, the proactive check will not be triggered. After restarting Apisix, the corresponding proactive check request will come out.But my apisix is a relatively important environment and not suitable for restarting operations.
