I'm not so sure whether this is happen to you or not but when you follow the latest instructions and you install the latest version https://apisix.apache.org/docs/ingress-controller/getting-started/get-apisix-ingress-controller/ the crds are not being installed as part of the process. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
