Read the diff and the files at 389bd89; didn't run the test suite. The bare `return` at `ai-prompt-guard.lua:163` falls through `plugin.lua:1406`, which only exits when the plugin returns a value, so both cases from #13944 now reach the upstream. TEST 9's hello world assertion would fail against the old empty 200, and TEST 45 checks the same pass-through. One CI nit: running `utils/reindex` on the test file adds two blank lines before TEST 45, so Code Lint will likely flag it once the workflows are approved.
