Hi, @pubyun Thanks for the detailed analysis. This issue is in manager-api from the 3.0.x line of the Dashboard, which is no longer maintained. The Dashboard has since been rewritten: it no longer has a backend or a direct etcd connection, and talks only to the APISIX Admin API, so this code path does not exist anymore. Starting with APISIX 3.13, the new Dashboard is built into APISIX and available at http://<APISIX-IP>:9180/ui/.
