## Summary - Update the Chinese installation guide's versioned RPM examples to APISIX 3.19.0 and the Red Hat 9 / UBI 9 package path. - Explain that RPM packages moved from UBI 8 to UBI 9 starting with APISIX 3.14.0, so users should verify the complete path and filename for each release. - Add the same UBI migration note to the English installation guide and remove the outdated CentOS 7/8-only wording from the Chinese guide. Fixes #13172. ## Verification - Confirmed the 3.19.0 RPM URL returns HTTP 200 (HEAD request). - `[email protected]` passed for both installation guides. - `git diff --check` passed. - Built the Chinese page with the website's Astro renderer and verified that the rendered page contains the new RPM URL and no longer contains the old 3.13.0 URL.
