## Summary - add a source-verified OpenAPI 3.1 contract for the current master Admin API - cover the complete resource operation surface and master-only GraphQL cost-decoration operations - enforce parity with the local Lua resource and secret schemas, including Upstream warm-up and GraphQL constraints - add read-only CI validation, mutation tests, and contributor guidance - replace API7-specific metadata, links, and examples with Apache-owned next references - refresh linked terminology pages that contained stale behavior Related to api7/docs#2687. ## Dependency Depends on #13857 for the linked Global Rule and Plugin execution-order terminology. This PR is ready for review but should merge after #13857 so the linked next documentation and the contract describe the same phase-interleaved order. ## Validation - offline source-parity validator passes - 9 mutation and negative tests pass - Redocly reports a valid OpenAPI document - markdownlint and git diff --check pass - all Apache documentation targets return HTTP 200 - the specification contains no API7-specific literals -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
