## Summary - add a version-appropriate OpenAPI 3.1 contract for the release/3.18 Admin API - validate the operation surface, source schemas, references, examples, defaults, and release version entirely from checked-in files - replace API7-specific metadata, links, and examples with version-pinned Apache references - refresh the linked terminology pages where existing descriptions were stale Related to api7/docs#2687. ## Validation - offline source-parity validator passes - 8 mutation and negative tests pass - Redocly reports a valid OpenAPI document - markdownlint and git diff --check pass - all Apache documentation targets return HTTP 200 - the specification contains no API7-specific literals -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
