**Why submit this pull request?** - [ ] Bugfix - [ ] New feature provided - [ ] Improve performance - [ ] Backport patches - [x] Chore: upgrade the package manager **What changes will this PR take into?** Upgrade pnpm from 10.34.4 to 12.16.1, installed through Corepack (`corepack use pnpm@12`). - `packageManager` in `package.json` now points to pnpm 12.16.1. CI (`pnpm/action-setup`) and the e2e Dockerfile (`corepack enable pnpm`) both resolve the version from this field. - pnpm 12 no longer reads the `pnpm` field in `package.json`, so it is removed and its settings move to `pnpm-workspace.yaml`: `overrides` are copied as is, and `onlyBuiltDependencies` becomes `allowBuilds` (`@swc/core` and `esbuild` allowed, `unrs-resolver` explicitly denied to keep it not running build scripts). - `pnpm-lock.yaml` is regenerated on top of the current lockfile. The only change is the new pnpm 12 package manager dependency section at the top. Verified locally with `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile` and `pnpm exec tsc -b`. **Related issues** None. **Checklist:** - [x] Did you explain what problem does this PR solve? Or what new features have been added? - [ ] Have you added corresponding test cases? - [x] Have you modified the corresponding document? (No document mentions the pnpm version or the `pnpm` field.) - [x] Is this PR backward compatible? (Contributors need Corepack or pnpm 12 to install dependencies.) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
