shreemaan-abhishek opened a new pull request, #14136:
URL: https://github.com/apache/apisix/pull/14136

   ### Description

`core.request.headers()` reads request headers with `ngx.req.get_headers()`,
which stops at 100 (since #11140). Plugins that read headers through it, such
as `request-validation`, `opa` and `forward-auth`, only see the first 100.
Deployments that send more headers than that had no way to raise the limit.

This PR adds `apisix.max_request_headers_readable` to `config.yaml`:

   - Default `100`, so behavior is unchanged.
   - `0` reads all headers.
   - The value is read once per worker and passed to `ngx.req.get_headers()`.
