@juzhiyuan Chinese characters as the name or value of Label is not such common. Until Kubernetes 1.17+, the name and value of Label are strictly limited to match `'([A-Za-z0-9][-A-Za-z0-9_.]*)?[A-Za-z0-9]`, not accepting Chinese. IMHO, we could keep the same as Kubernetes.
