    hi @tokers 
   
   We want to periodically obtain the current `limit count` remaining amount, 
which is displayed in dashboard. And plan to use limit count as billing 
credentials, such as 100,000 calls / month.
   
   If it is not suitable for this scenario, we will place this function on the 
application gateway.
