   ### Issue description
   http_logger插件，服务端要用什么参数名接收传过来的信息？请求是收到了，但是没看到request里携带有任何的信息

   * OS (cmd: `uname -a`):win10
   * OpenResty / Nginx version (cmd: `nginx -V` or `openresty -V`):
   * etcd version, if have (cmd: run `curl 
http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info` to get the info from server-info API):
   * apisix-dashboard version, if have:2.7
   * luarocks version, if the issue is about installation (cmd: `luarocks 
--version`):
