resolved after reading the architecture topology from the apisix official website, it's **NOT** a bug of apisix, but of mine. Thank you all @tokers @gxthrj and sorry for my misunderstanding. The actual API gateway is service "apisix-gateway" but not the service "apisix-dashboard". The gateway is response for incoming request after apisixroute/ingress configured, and the dashboard just make the configurations visualized.
