I check the source code has solved the problem
nginx_tpl.lua
```
{% if not (stream_proxy and stream_proxy.only ~= false) then %}
http {
# put extra_lua_path in front of the builtin path
# so user can override the source code
```
stream_proxy config Modify to
```
stream_proxy:
only: false # Allow http and stream to co-exist
tcp:
- 9100
- "127.0.0.1:9101"
```
