### Issue description apisix dashoard 2.9版本登录时第一次输入密码登录以后显示密码正确，然后再跳转到登录界面，再次输入密码以后才能正常进入UI ### Environment - apisix version (cmd: `apisix version`): - OS (cmd: `uname -a`): - OpenResty / Nginx version (cmd: `nginx -V` or `openresty -V`): - etcd version, if have (cmd: run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info` to get the info from server-info API): - apisix-dashboard version, if have: - the plugin runner version, if the issue is about a plugin runner (cmd: depended on the kind of runner): - luarocks version, if the issue is about installation (cmd: `luarocks --version`): ### Steps to reproduce 登录就能发现 ### Actual result 反复登录才能进入 ### Error log 无 ### Expected result _No response_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
