   I create a route by admin api:
   
   ```
   {
       ...
       "vars": [
           [
             "uri",
             "!",
             "~~",
             
"(/v1/|^/assets/|^/world/assets/|^/tracker|^/auth/|^/admin|^/wiki|^/suites|^/cgi-bin|^/open/|^/preview/)"
           ]
       ]
       ....
   }
   ```
   
   then the UI is wrong:

   "!" should be a checkbox, not in the dropdown list.
