### Issue description Do we have a solution for deploying Apisix and Apisix-Dashboard for MIPS installation? ### Environment - apisix version (cmd: `apisix version`): 2.10 - OS (cmd: `uname -a`): Linux neokylin-os-sn2 3.10.0-862.9.1.ns7_4.37.mips64el - OpenResty / Nginx version (cmd: `nginx -V` or `openresty -V`): 1.19.3.1 - etcd version, if have (cmd: run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info` to get the info from server-info API): 3.4.13 - apisix-dashboard version, if have: 2.9 - the plugin runner version, if the issue is about a plugin runner (cmd: depended on the kind of runner): - luarocks version, if the issue is about installation (cmd: `luarocks --version`): 3.5.0 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
