当前的管理接口和控制接口在职能上似乎是一致的，都是属于apisix的 `控制平面` 接口，是否可以考虑合并为一个`管理`端口呢？对于执行转发代理功能的部分可以独立为一个`路由`端口，这样也可以避免出现接口冲突的情况。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
