There are no issue templates or forms to guide a contributor in creating an
issue.

1. Create appropriate issue templates/forms.
2. We could have different templates for updating the site, creating blog
posts, updating/issues in documentation and general site updates (other
suggestions?).
Adding these templates would make the contributing process streamlined.
