shoulda opened a new issue #6424:

   ### Issue description
   
   when i use apisix as a reverse proxy to upload a 1.4M file,   the size of  
vars.request_length in access.log is correct (1.4M)，but Using prometheus 
plugins to count, the ingress is 2.8M.
   
   blew pictures  the first is access.log  the second is prometheus plugins 
count
