   ### Issue description
   
   CRD方式导入的证书无法显示拓展证书的所有域名（但是如果直接使用dashboard上传，可以识别和展示）
   
   ### Expected behavior
   
   导入的证书在dashboard上显示拓展证书的所有域名
   
   ### How to Reproduce
   
   1. 创建路由
   2. 创建证书
   3. 创建secret
   4. 创建apisixmtls
   5. 查看apisix日志，查看dashboard

   - OS (cmd: `uname -a`): ubuntu
   - OpenResty / Nginx version (cmd: `nginx -V` or `openresty -V`): 
   - etcd version, if have (cmd: run `etcd --version`):
   - apisix-dashboard version, if have:   2.10.1
   - Browser version, if have: chrome
