I had fixed these broken links, but it doesn't work fine originally by
`[APISIX-OpenResty](../how-to-build.md#步骤6：为-apache-apisix-构建-openresty)` and
fixed
`[APISIX-OpenResty](../how-to-build.md#步骤-6：为-apache-apisix-构建-openresty)`.
It works on
`[APISIX-OpenResty](../how-to-build.md#步骤-6为-apache-apisix-构建-openresty)`, but
this not correct for rule `place one space after number`.
Needs better solution.
