### Description I am trying to transfer plugins in other product(based on kong) to apisix, and I want to put all the plugins in a custom directory. Per the [plugin develop manual](https://apisix.apache.org/zh/docs/apisix/plugin-develop/), I put the whole code package into the /path/to/example/apisix/plugins/, my code package directoy is kong/plugins/[plugin_name]/*.lua, but all the plugins can not be loaded into apisix, how can I load my plugins to apisix successfully? ### Environment - APISIX version (run `apisix version`): - Operating system (run `uname -a`): - OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`): - etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`): - APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant: - Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners: - LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`): -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
