### Description APISIX v2.14.1, deployed through a docker image, often does nothing and all routes 404 Execute apisix reload operation in docker container to return to normal But doing curl http://127.0.0.1:9180/apisix/admin/plugins/reload -X PUT operation is useless even if it has been successful What is the difference between reload on the outside and reload on the inside?
