It would be good to have more DDLs that can introspect about the storage of
datasets within an instance. Both at the level of the Hyracks storage (whether
or not a merge is going on, merge thresholds, number of components, etc) as
well as the AsterixDB level (NodeGroups, indices of datasets, etc).
