Patch Set 13: @Taewoo/Chen. Now, all the required functional comments have been added. The newly optimizer and running testCases are commented in their descriptions as given in asterixdb/asterix-app/src/test/resources/runtimets/queries/index-join/btree-primary-equi-join/btree-primary-equi-join.1.ddl.aql.
