Patch Set 4: That's a good point, I'm not certain. I can say that I believe it works because the reason the kill is step 10, is because of what this bug ends up doing (when it's not patched of course). It would hard-lock intellij and take up GBs of disk space with logs running for only 10mins, as well as not responding to SIGTERM.
