To obtain a virtual buffer cache, the caller needs to pass the io device number
to: DatasetLifecycleManager.getVirtualBufferCaches(int datasetID, int
ioDeviceNum);
This is probably not needed. Remove/Fix it or Figure out if this is truly
needed and document it.
