The LICENSE file lists the licenses for the js components of the dashboard.
However, it is not obvious from the description which license(s) apply to which
artifacts in the distribution. The only reference in the description is to the
directory dashboard/static which is not part of the distribution.
We should clarify the description to ensure that the full set of applicable
licenses can be determined for the dashboard files in the distribution.
