Line 7: DateTime parsing records date time separator
Add [NO ISSUE] at the beginning of this line and an empty line after this one.


Line 12: Details: Changed interface for dateTime input and output
there's no dateTime output in this change. 
Let's just say something, like: DateTimeFormatUtils.parseDateTime() returns 
date/time separator character. There's also no 'T' used by default. This method 
actually produces 0 if the separator is not available
