Summary: Some execution tests leave state behind

Some execution tests do not end up leaving the cluster in the same state it was
before they executed. For example, the interval join tests create the dataverse
TinyCollege, and this sticks around in subsequent tests. Therefore for any
tests that involve querying metadata and checking the result, the order will
become important as a side-effect.
