[ASTERIXDB-2635][*DB] Fix JSON plan pretty printing
- user model changes: no
- storage format changes: no
- interface changes: yes
Details:
Use Jackson to pretty print the logical plan as JSON.
- fixed JsonLogicalPlanTest to validate JSON plans
produced by optimizer tests.
