Upgrade the current query navigation to be more consistent and intuitive. Drawn
inspiration from Couchbase query console. Here are the changes:
* Query counted as a "new query" if it is unique from previous query
* Click next button when at last run query (when Query Input is x/x) will
result in new query
* Can traverse through query history with either the dropdown Query History or
the previous and next buttons
