We still have the artifacts of the 0.8.8 and 0.2.17 releases at
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/asterixdb/ .
They should be removed from the dist infrastructure - old releases remain
available at https://archive.apache.org/dist/asterixdb/ .
