[ASTERIXDB-2933][COMP][EXT] Pushdowns Part3: Enable pushdown

Details:
- Enable more pushdown when reading Parquet files
- Issue warning on type-mismatch between the expected schema
and the actual Parquet file's schema
- Add testcases
