    Description: If you move a sample box up (after getting one by clicking on 
a dataset name from the metadata browser's list on the right) you can slide it 
under the tab's header and lose access to the part of it that allows you to 
move or close it.  It should refuse to go any higher than the top of the 
tab/window so this can't happen.  (A workaround that works is to resize it at 
the bottom right, making it smaller, which occurs in a way that provides access 
to its top region again.)  (was: If you move a sample box up (after getting one
