[ASTERIXDB-3034][RT] Fenced UDFs
- user model changes: yes
- storage format changes: no
- interface changes: yes
Details:
- Allow UDFs to be run via domain socket activated
systemd services . This makes it so the UDF is run
as a different user than the NC process itself
