Patch Set 7: Code-Review+2 Looks good. There are other places with the "old" naming scheme (e.g. AOrderedListType, NESTED_OPEN_AORDERED_LIST_TYPE, AUnorderedListSerializerDeserializer) that we should adapt at some point to reduce confusion.
