Currently IExtensionStatement is used by multiple AsterixDB extensions and any
modification to the IExtensionStatement#handle API (e.g. adding a new
parameter) will cause the extensions to break. It is better to introduce an
object (e.g. RequestContext) that encapsulates the parameters of the request
and give the extensions the ability to extend it. In addition, give extensions
the ability to override the way IStatementExecutor handles IExtensionStatement.
