Any query run with both output format "JSON (formatted)" and option "Wrap
results in outer array" will return an empty result and no success-message
(additionally, wrap results in outer array doesn't make any sense with csv
options and should probably be ignored)
expected results are probably obvious.
this problem only occurs in the ui, the service (/query/service) appears to
always return an array wrapped result.
